General Release Of Liability

    I acknowledge that participating in activities at the SKATEINDUS farm and site located at 230099 Range Road 281, Rockyview County No.44, Alberta Canada, carries certain risks associated with construction sites. I acknowledge that there are certain rules and areas that may be off limits for safety reasons and agree to abide buy all rules and safety concerns requested of me while I am on site at SKATEINDUS.

    I give permission to use videos and photos of myself at no cost while on site at SKATEINDUS and acknowledge that these photos may be used to promote the SKATEINDUS project and may be posted on social media or used for marketing.

    I agree to abide by all safety rules that are required when using any sports equipment and skate ramps at the SKATEINDUS location and am aware of the possible dangers of using such equipment both with or without safety gear.

    I have read and understand this agreement and am aware that in signing this agreement I am waiving certain legal rights which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, sponsors, administrators and assigns may have against the owners, operators, sponsors and associated parties that operate at the SKATEINDUS location mentioned above.

    I agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify SKATEINDUS and all associated owners, operators, sponsors, staff, agents, attendees, invitees, volunteers, visitors, or any other person from any and all claims, actions, suits, charges and judgments whatsoever that arise out of SKATEINDUS performance or nonperformance of the services, events or activities or subject matter called for in this Agreement.

    I hereby acknowledge and release the owners, operators and sponsors of SKATEINDUS from any liability or responsibility from any resulting deaths, personal injury or damages that may occur while I am visiting the SKATEINDUS site.

    I acknowledge that the waiver from SKATEINDUS expressly includes sponsors for events.

    I agree that I will not drink and drive. SKATEINDUS and it's operators are absolutely opposed to drinking and driving and there are other options to get to and from our location. Please inquire if necessary.
